East Side Saint Paul Receives National Endowment for the Arts Grant

We have received the National Endowment for the Arts Our Town award of $100,000 which will support WEQY 104.7 FM, program of the Dayton's Bluff Community Council (DBCC) and Indigenous Roots Cultural Arts Center, a community partner of DBCC to create an arts and cultural addendum to the comprehensive plan for the city of St. Paul. The work will be accomplished through a network of partner artists, residents and organizations living and working in the lower East Side community.
