In response to ICE raids in the Twin Cities, I-Roots has formed The MniSota Community Action Network (MniCAN) which supports mutual aid and rapid response efforts across the nine regions of the state of Minnesota.

We provide a network of:

• On site community support.

• Information about citizen and immigrant rights and provisions.

• Helpers and supplies for the families and communities affected.

MniSota grew from The Saint Paul Community Action Network (StPCAN) which was launched in direct response to the Rose Avenue raids in November 2025. It is composed of the people who live, work and play in Saint Paul, and has grown to serve beyond the city and into the many regions of Minnesota.
